Health Checks

Our comprehensive health check gives you a snapshot of your current situation and highlights improvement points and risks that can elevate your use of the tools, with actionable steps to remediate and improve your org.

What we offer:

Discovery

Deep diving into your system to understand your current situation and how your business is utilising the technology. Utilising our team of experts to assess risks and issues, look at improvements and ways to better use the tools you have to hand.

Create Report

Our team then creates a detailed report with our findings. this includes all of the points we uncovered during discovery and arranged into a digestible report for your team. Examples of this output available on request.

Recommendations 

The recommendations are put together in the report for your perusal based on our years of experience and what we have seen work within your industry. They can be prioritised and laid out for you to action at your desired pace based on risks and improvements that we find.

Present Findings

Once you have had some time to digest the document and shared with relevant stakeholders, we spend time with you to present it back and field any questions you have.

Next steps

Deciding how to action the points within the report in a constructive way, we work with you to see how to best address them. Whether you are able to do it in house or need assistance from us, we are there to support as needed.
